So, because I can't stop listening to that "box set" and old shit and I don't care about new shit this week at all, here's some good old shit that Dan Bones reminded me of (when he said we, being Haunted Castle, should cover Gung Ho. Which is not something that's ever gonna happen. Sorry dude you ain't Joey Belladonna). Anyways, enough of this grisly, upsetting, crusty shit, it's summer. Time to throw on your jams and drink some brews with the buddies. Aftershock just got me through a long afternoon. This shit makes me wanna skate and whistle at chicks in the park. I know most of you have this one but it's time to revisit NY's own.

So Mondays generally suck for those involved in the office working week. What better way to get through it than slamming some fucking Vitus. The godfathers of modern doom stagger through this masterpiece of depression, pills, self-loathing, dragons, and fear at drowning in molasses speed. Wino's vox are totally clean and all the guitars sound like mother smothering an infant with a pillow of fuzz.

If you like it sludgy, hop on this shit. Oh yeah, it also has the best fucking Black Flag cover of all time. Don't miss it.
